About the Company : A Company, in the Petrochemical Industry jointly promoted by Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC) and Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO). ·         Preparation of Corporate Budget Estimates of both Revenue and Capital in Nature. (In Capital Budget we used to study the feasibility analysis, funds management and payback period / IRR, etc.)

·         Compilation of Budget Manuals after getting approval from the Board of Directors.

·         Preparation of Variance Analysis (Budget Estimate Vs. Actuals) on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.

·         Analyzing and Monitoring the Budget Estimates. (Both Revenue and Capital)

·         Preparation and Circulation of Daily and Monthly Management Information System (MIS) of the company. It involves coordinating with other departments for the improvement of the company's efficiency and profitability.

·         Verification of Purchase Order, Work Order and Purchase Requisitions from the Originating Departments and analyzing in depth before sanctioning of Financial Concurrence (FC).

·         Preparation of Costing Ledger of the company. The selling price of the Product is determined based on the Costing Ledger.
