A/V Project Manager

Because of their growing business, our client is seeking an A/V Project Manager, responsible for the successful implementation of audio visual and small broadcast systems projects. The A/V Project Manager will support the Operations Manager in developing and managing project management processes and client interfaces.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

· Coordinate and communicate with client/consultant and project team detailed scope of work, timeline, and schedules

· Coordinate with operations manager to create project schedule

· Track & update progress. Issue detailed reports to the owner, their representatives and the entire project team

· Submit change order forms to client/consultant and negotiate approval with the support of the Business Development representative

· Coordinate and schedule completion of punch list tasks.

Candidate must be an ICIA Accredited Project Manager with a minimum of five years construction experience and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be well organized and a skilled professional team player with strong Microsoft applications skills, including Outlook, Excel, Project, Word and Visio. Auto CAD drawing skills a plus. Candidate must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary is up to 115,000 based on experience.
