We are also seeking a strong Recruiting Manager. A highly motivated and creative individual with natural management qualities and style. Proven IT recruiting experience and strong organized networking skills. You will work closely with sales staff, management and consultants. You will manage the recruitment process, lead a team of recruiters, monitor and mentor members of the team, while maintaining a current and ongoing pipeline of qualified consultants. You must have strong ‘hunt and win’ mentality.
