Job Description:

7 – 10 years information technology/software development experience

o          Preferably with 3 + years of consulting/external client facing experience

Architectural Experience with BizTalk 2006 R2, 2006 or 2004

o          Preferably 2006 or 2006 R2

o          Preferably experience with at least  4 – 6 production implementation with involvement from discovery to production roll-out

Implementation experience with a minimum platform of 2004

o          Preferably 2006 or 2006 R2

o          Preferably experience with at least  4 – 6 production implementation with involvement from discovery to production roll-out

Understanding of integration design patterns

o          Preferably enterprise integration architecture/design experience

-           Understanding of ESB and SOA concepts

-           Experience leading ADS (Architecture Design Sessions)/JAD (Joint Architecture Design) sessions with client and internal team members

-           Experience actively engaging, creating, and maintaining client relationships (technical & leadership roles)

-           Minimum Intermediate C# & T-SQL experience, preferably SQL Server stored procedures

Nice to haves:

-                     MCTS: BizTalk Server 2006 or MCP: BizTalk Server 2004

-                     MCTS: .Net Framework 3.5, Windows Communication Foundation Applications; MCTS: Enterprise Application Development; MCTS: .NET Framework 2.0 Distributed Applications

-                     Hands on experience with WCF and WF

-                     BizTalk migration experience

-                     SCRUM or other agile development methodology experience
